JJ Comerford has been appointed Chief Financial Officer at concrete product and building materials manufacturer Kilsaran.

EY Ireland has admitted Julia Ann Corkery as Equity Partner, Strategy and Transactions.

Alan Hartley is the new Head of Customer Products in Bank of Ireland’s Corporate and Commercial Business division.

Partners at Matheson LLP have elected Shane Hogan as the law firm’s new Managing Partner. Hogan is Matheson’s Head of Tax.

Ross Kavanagh has joined the Board of Unio Wealth Management as Director of Independent Wealth.

EirGrid has announced Liam Moran as Group Financial Controller and Director. Prior to this appointment, Moran was EirGrid’s Head of Financial Reporting.

Elaine O’Brien is the new Director of Finance and Treasury at home-builder Cairn.

Perigus Energy has appointed Tom O’Brien to its Board as Independent Chair and Non-Executive Director.

CU Asset & Liability Management Company CLG, formed to develop a centralised treasury function for Ireland’s credit union sector and trading as CCU CUSO, has appointed its first Board with Chartered Accountants Declan Norgrove as Chair and Noelle Condon and Shauna Greely as Board members. Chartered Accountant John Webb has been appointed Interim Chief Executive and Acting Executive Director while Fiona Cunningham is taking on the role of Member Director.

John O’Connor has joined the Board of the National Museum of Ireland.

Cool Running Events, the Cork-based event management company, has appointed David O’Donnell as Managing Director.

Fiona Power has been announced as Chief Commercial Officer at product design and development company The Unit.

Dave Ronayne and Vincent Teo have been appointed to the Board of the Commissioners of Irish Lights, the body responsible for providing marine aids to navigation under the Safety of Life at Sea convention.

Donal Rooney has joined the board of Oifig IS na hÉireann (the AI Office of Ireland), the independent statutory body established to act as Ireland’s central coordinating authority for the implementation of the European Union’s Artificial Intelligence Act.

PTSB has appointed of Neil Taaffe as Head of Group Internal Audit. Taaffe joined the bank in 2022 as Head of Audit Group Risk and Finance.

Dervla Tierney is joining the Board of the Marine Institute, the State agency responsible for marine research, technology development and innovation in Ireland.
