She emphasised that bold, strategic action is now essential to unlock Northern Ireland’s economic potential and highlighted three priorities for urgent attention: health service reform, infrastructure investment and building a globally competitive, sustainable economy.

The Chair called for a long-term, results-driven approach that prioritises these three pillars of reform, underpinned by clear, costed transformation plans with measurable outcomes; collaboration between government and business to ensure practical, actionable solutions; and policy commitments that enable long-term growth, innovation, and job creation.
