Áine Collins has been appointed to the Board of the International Federation of Accountants, representing Chartered Accountants Ireland. An experienced CFO, Collins served as a former President of CPA Ireland prior to its 2024 amalgamation with Chartered Accountants Ireland.

Conor Hillery has been announced as Co-CEO of JP Morgan’s operations across Europe, Middle East and Africa (EMEA). Hillery joined the US bank in 2001 and has since held several senior roles, including, must recently, Co-Head of Investment Banking for EMEA.

Anne Henderson has been reappointed to the Public Health Agency as a non-executive (finance) director. Henderson previously worked for Time Warner Inc internationally and BDO Stoy Hayward in Belfast. She is a member of the Council of the Pharmaceutical Society of Northern Ireland.

Grant Thornton has appointed Ian Wilson to the role of Audit Partner. Wilson joins from EisnerAmper Ireland where he was a Partner and Head of Funds. As an asset management specialist, he brings extensive experience in leading engagements across multiple jurisdictions.

Karen Sugrue Hennessy has been appointed to the Board of Dairygold as an independent non-executive director, effective from 1 January 2026. Sugrue Hennessy is CEO of Real Leaf Farm (Ireland) and former CEO of the Design & Crafts Council of Ireland.

Ken Johnson has been appointed to the Board of The Shannon Airport Group for a five-year term. Johnson is a former partner with PwC in Limerick, where he advised senior leadership teams in Ireland and internationally, and led PwC’s practice in the Midwest.

The Board of CRY Ireland has appointed Kevin O’Dwyer as its new Chair. O’Dwyer has been a trustee of CRY Ireland since 2022. He is Finance Director at Q-nis, a subsidiary of Kingspan Group plc and held previous roles with Applegreen, DAA plc, KBC Bank and KPMG.

Origin Enterprises has appointment John Hennessy as an independent non-executive director and Chair-Designate, effective from 1 January 2026. Hennessy has served as Chair of both Dalata Hotel Group and CPL Resources.

The International Federation of Accountants has appointed Sinéad Donovan as Chair of its International Panel on Accountancy Education. Formerly Chair of Grant Thornton Ireland, Donovan served as President of Chartered Accountants Ireland from 2023 to 2024.

Manchester Airports Group has appointed Marie Joyce as its new Chief Financial Officer, effective from January 2026. Joyce joins from NTR, the Irish infrastructure investment company, where she held the dual roles of Chief Financial Officer and Chief Operating Officer.
