Risk Governance: Getting it right

The finance function and internal audit are increasingly being drawn into risk management. So finance directors and CFOs are having to think more actively about reporting to the board of directors on risks and risk management. In his continuing series on governance, Richard Sheath discusses how risk governance practice is changing and how management should respond. In part this is based on extensive research at the end of last year of practice in UK non-financial services companies.
