Accountancy Ireland Advertising Terms and Conditions

  •  All advertisements / inserts are subject to approval by Chartered Accountants Ireland.

  • Cancellations (in writing) are accepted not later than 21 days prior to scheduled publication date.
  • Credit terms: 30 days from date of invoice - after which discounts no longer apply.
  • No liability is accepted for loss or damage caused by errors in, non-publication or late publication of advertisements or inserts.
  • By placing an advertisement with Accountancy Ireland, an advertiser warrants that its advertisement complies with all applicable laws and self-regulatory codes governing advertising, does not infringe copyright, trademarks or other legal rights of any person and has been checked accordingly. The Institute of Chartered Accountants in Ireland shall have no liability in this regard. In consideration of the publication of an advertisement, an advertiser shall indemnify the Institute of Chartered Accountants in Ireland against all actions, claims, complaints, expenses, losses and damages resulting directly or indirectly from the publication of such advertisement.
  • Advertisements must comply with the Code of Advertising Standards for Ireland maintained by the Advertising Standards Authority of Ireland (www.asai.ie)
